Before you start
- Check your Windows edition. Open Control Panel → System and note the System type (32-bit or 64-bit).
- Install only what matches your laptop. The Latitude E6320 shipped with different Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and security options, so not every package below applies to you. The notes under each driver say who needs it.
- Starting from a clean install? Download the Ethernet or Wi-Fi driver on another computer and copy it over on a USB drive, so you can get online first.
Heads-up: Microsoft has ended support for Windows 7 and Windows 8, so they no longer receive security updates. If this laptop goes online, keep your antivirus current and avoid untrusted sites and downloads.

Recommended installation order
Installing in a sensible order avoids missing-device warnings and repeat reboots. Restart when an installer asks you to.
- Chipset-category packages (Intel chipset, Management Engine, USB 3.0, card reader): Windows 7 · Windows 8.
- Graphics: the Intel HD Graphics driver: Windows 7 · Windows 8.
- Audio: Windows 7 package. No audio package is listed for Windows 8 on this page.
- Network: Ethernet, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth: Windows 7 · Windows 8.
- Input devices: the touchpad driver: Windows 7 · Windows 8.
- Security: ControlVault, if your laptop has it: Windows 7 · Windows 8.
- Optional utility: the free-fall sensor driver: Windows 7.
- BIOS update: do this as a separate step, with the AC adapter connected and no other installer running: Windows 7 · Windows 8.
How to identify the right drivers for your hardware
Open Device Manager (in Windows 8 press Windows + X and choose Device Manager; in Windows 7 right-click Computer, choose Manage, then Device Manager). Then use these checks:
- Graphics: expand Display adapters. The only graphics driver Dell lists for this model is Intel HD Graphics, so pick the 32-bit or 64-bit file that matches your Windows.
- Wi-Fi: expand Network adapters and match the name to an Intel 6200-series card or a Dell Wireless 1501/1530 card.
- Ethernet: look for an Intel 825xx gigabit adapter. Try the 18.1.0.0 package first; the 11.8.81.0 package is the alternate.
- Bluetooth: the Windows 7 list has two Dell Wireless 375 packages and the Windows 8 list has the Dell Wireless 380 driver. Match the module name shown in Device Manager.
- Security: the ControlVault package is only for laptops fitted with that security hardware, for example for a fingerprint or smart card reader.
Tip: Anything marked with a yellow warning icon in Device Manager is a missing driver. Right-click it, open Properties → Details → Hardware Ids, and use those IDs to work out which package above it belongs to.
Troubleshooting common driver problems
No internet connection after a clean install
Download the Intel 825xx Ethernet driver or the Wi-Fi driver for your card on another computer, copy it to a USB drive and install it first. Then continue with the rest of the list.
Yellow warning icons remain in Device Manager
Install the chipset-category packages first, restart, and check again. If an item is still unknown, read its Hardware Ids and compare them with the hardware described in the notes above (card reader, USB 3.0 controller, security chip, sensor).
Ethernet or Bluetooth will not install
Dell lists two packages for each of these on Windows 7. If the first installer reports that no supported device was found, try the second package, and confirm that you chose the right 32-bit or 64-bit Windows version.
Low screen resolution or sluggish graphics
Install the Intel HD Graphics driver that matches your Windows version, then restart. Windows 7 and 8 fall back to a basic display driver until this is done.
The installer says the system does not meet the requirements
This usually means a 32-bit installer on a 64-bit system (or the reverse), or a package for hardware that is not in your configuration, such as the ControlVault driver on a laptop without that chip.
Frequently asked questions
Which Windows versions does this Dell Latitude E6320 driver list cover?
It covers the packages Dell published for Windows 7 and Windows 8, in 32-bit and 64-bit where separate files exist. If you run a newer version of Windows, start with Windows Update and use these files only as a fallback.
How do I know if I need the 32-bit or 64-bit driver?
Open Control Panel, choose System, and read the System type line. Pick the file that matches it. Packages without a bit label are a single installer.
Which graphics driver should I install?
Dell lists one graphics driver for the Latitude E6320: the Intel HD Graphics driver (HD 2000, 2500, 3000 and 4000 family), in separate 32-bit and 64-bit versions. Install the one that matches your Windows.
Which Wi-Fi driver do I need?
Open Device Manager and expand Network adapters. If the adapter is an Intel card with a 6200-series number (6200, 6205, 6235, 6250 or 6300), use the Intel Wi-Fi package. If it is a Dell Wireless 1501 or 1530 card, use the Dell Wireless WLAN package.
Why does the Windows 7 list show two Ethernet and two Bluetooth packages?
Dell published two Intel 825xx LAN packages (18.1.0.0 and 11.8.81.0) and two Dell Wireless 375 Bluetooth packages (both 6.3.0.6900). Start with the newer Ethernet package and move to the other one only if Windows still reports the adapter as unknown. For Bluetooth, Dell does not say which package is which bit version, so try the second one if the first will not install.
Do I need to install every driver on the page?
No. Install only what matches the hardware in your laptop. The ControlVault, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi packages depend on which options your laptop shipped with, and the free-fall sensor is optional.
Are these download links safe?
Every Download button points to Dell's own download server at downloads.dell.com, and nothing is re-hosted on this site. After downloading, right-click the file, choose Properties and look for a Digital Signatures tab to confirm it is signed.
A download link does not work. What should I do?
Dell occasionally moves or retires older files. Search for the Latitude E6320 on Dell's support site, or leave a comment below so this page can be updated.
Is it safe to update the BIOS?
A BIOS update is safe when done carefully. Connect the AC adapter, close other programs, and do not turn the laptop off or interrupt the update. You can check your current version by pressing Windows + R, typing msinfo32 and reading the BIOS Version line. If it already shows A21, you do not need to run the update again.
