Troubleshooting common driver problems
Wi-Fi is not detected after a fresh install
Open Device Manager to confirm whether your unit uses Atheros, Broadcom or Intel wireless hardware, then install the matching driver. Installing the wrong brand's driver will not enable the adapter. Also check that the wireless switch or Fn key is on.
The installer will not run
Extract the ZIP first, then right-click the setup file and choose Run as administrator, especially on Windows 7.
No sound after installing the audio driver
Check that the correct playback device is set as the default in Sound settings, then restart.
Low screen resolution or a stretched display
Windows is probably using a generic display driver. Install the Intel graphics driver for your Windows version and architecture, then restart and choose the recommended resolution.
The camera is not detected on Windows 7
No Windows 7 camera package is listed for this model here. Look in Device Manager under Imaging devices or Other devices and use the Hardware Ids to identify the camera.
