Before you start
- Install only what matches your laptop. This model shipped with different Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, camera and fingerprint hardware depending on the configuration. The notes under each driver say who needs it.
- Starting from a clean install? Download the Wi-Fi driver on another device and copy it over on a USB drive, or use USB tethering from your phone, so you can get online first.
- Verify what you download. Before running an installer, right-click the file, choose Properties and check that the Digital Signatures tab is present.
Heads-up: Microsoft ended regular support for Windows 10 on October 14, 2025, so it no longer receives standard security updates. If you keep using Windows 10, keep your antivirus current and avoid untrusted sites and downloads.

Which version do I have? Qualcomm vs Realtek
Several packages above bundle two or three hardware makers in one file. You can find out which chip your laptop uses in about a minute:
- Right-click Start and open Device Manager.
- Expand Network adapters (or Bluetooth, Cameras) and double-click the device. If the driver is missing, look under Other devices.
- Open the Details tab, choose Hardware Ids in the drop-down and read the first line.
For Wi-Fi cards, VEN_10EC means Realtek, while VEN_168C or VEN_17CB means Qualcomm. Knowing your vendor helps when you troubleshoot.
Best installation order after reinstalling Windows
- Wi-Fi driver first so you can use Windows Update for the rest: Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
- AMD Serial-IO (platform and touchpad-related components): chipset row.
- AMD Radeon graphics driver, then restart: graphics row.
- Audio driver: audio row.
- Bluetooth driver, from the same network rows.
- Card reader, camera and fingerprint drivers, as needed: card reader · camera · fingerprint.
- Lenovo Fn and Function Keys: Fn keys row.
- Run Windows Update, then check Device Manager for any remaining yellow warning icons.
- BIOS update: only if you have a specific reason: BIOS row.
Before any BIOS update: connect the charger, close other programs and do not turn off or restart the laptop while it runs. An interrupted update can leave the laptop unable to start. Read Lenovo's release notes for the package first.
Troubleshooting common problems
Wi-Fi does not show up after reinstalling Windows
Install the Wi-Fi package from the table. If it still does not appear, check Device Manager for an Unknown device, confirm the wireless switch or the Fn airplane-mode key is not turned on, and restart.
No sound, or sound only from headphones
Install the Realtek audio driver, restart, then right-click the speaker icon, choose Sound settings and select the correct output device.
Screen resolution is wrong or the display looks stretched
This usually means Windows is using the generic display driver. Install the AMD Radeon graphics package, restart and set the display to its recommended resolution in Settings → System → Display.
Touchpad, Fn keys or brightness keys do not work
Install the AMD Serial-IO package and the Lenovo Fn and Function Keys package, then restart. Also check whether the touchpad was disabled with its Fn shortcut.
Bluetooth devices will not pair
Install the Bluetooth driver, remove the device under Settings → Devices and pair it again.

Frequently asked questions
Where should I download IdeaPad 3-14ARE05 drivers?
From Lenovo. Every Download button on this page points to Lenovo's own download server at download.lenovo.com, and Lenovo Support lists the newest packages for your model.
Do I need to install every driver in the list?
No. Windows 10 installs many basic drivers automatically. Install the ones for hardware that is missing or not working, and use Device Manager to see what still needs a driver. The fingerprint reader package, for example, only matters if your unit has a fingerprint reader.
Which graphics driver does this laptop use?
It uses integrated AMD Radeon Graphics. There is no separate graphics card, so the single AMD Radeon package in the table is the one you need.
Can I use these drivers on Windows 11?
The packages on this page are listed by Lenovo for 64-bit Windows 10. If you run Windows 11, open your model on Lenovo Support and check which packages are offered for it before installing. Microsoft ended support for Windows 10 on October 14, 2025.
How do I know whether my Wi-Fi is Qualcomm or Realtek?
Open Device Manager, expand Network adapters, double-click the wireless adapter and open the Details tab. Choose Hardware Ids and read the first line: VEN_10EC means Realtek, while VEN_168C or VEN_17CB means Qualcomm. The Wi-Fi and Bluetooth packages in the table each cover both vendors.
Why are there so many version numbers in one row?
Several packages bundle drivers for more than one hardware maker, such as Realtek, Qualcomm, Goodix and Elan, so Lenovo lists one version for each. The Version column shows what Lenovo lists for each package.
Should I update the BIOS?
Only if Lenovo's release notes address a problem you have. A BIOS update is not part of a normal driver setup, and an interrupted update can stop the laptop from booting. Check your current version first by pressing Windows + R, typing msinfo32 and reading the BIOS Version line; if it already shows DZCN49WW, you do not need to run it.
Are these download links safe?
Every Download button points to Lenovo's own download server, and nothing is re-hosted on this site. After downloading, right-click the file, choose Properties and look for a Digital Signatures tab to confirm it is signed.
