Press Windows + X, open Device Manager, then expand Network adapters and Bluetooth. Note the manufacturer and model name. Use the Intel packages for Intel adapters, Qualcomm Atheros packages for compatible Qualcomm Atheros hardware, and Ralink packages only when the installed device is compatible. If the device is listed as unknown, open its Properties and check Details > Hardware Ids before choosing a driver.
